It was very challenging to find a builder that would sit down with us to truly understand our vision, especially during a construction boom. Jason met with us and provided a professional presentation of how he conducts business, and constructs a turnkey home from the ground up. We had met with quite a few builders in the area that are, to put it simply, only interested in turning out quick builds for extreme cost, and without concern for quality. Some builders wouldn't even meet us to listen to what we wanted unless we met a certain budget threshold that satisfied THEM. This was NOT the experience we had with Jason Burgess. In fact we were leaning towards holding off on a build this past year until we sat down with him. The pride Jason takes in quality workmanship is evident, as well as his willingness to work-in last minute creative details at our request. He is also available to communicate, and he immediately responded to each and every concern we had throughout the whole process. The communication alone is a really big deal with a ground up complete custom home build.
